One TIME per net person of decline, burned only from the funded dedicated reserve. This deployment does not fund reserves, burn tokens or create a DEX pool automatically.

03 / INDEPENDENT RPC CHECK
Read public records and verify the actual deployment.
After submission, the official testnet RPC checks the transaction, bytecode, initial supply, administrator and baseline. Two confirmations do not guarantee finality. RPC/network failures never show acceptance. Save the plan and hash; import them below after refresh or on another device. Read-only verification needs no wallet and does not prove wallet control.

The file is read locally; verification queries public testnet records only. Never select a file containing private keys or seed phrases. Import disables another deployment on this page. The listing preparation package has 13 recorded local/offline Docker tests and a zero-advisory npm scan within that package only. This does not cover all website dependencies or replace independent review. Real-wallet signing and public-testnet deployment remain unaccepted.
Download DEX/CEX kit, source and application drafts ↓Formal issuance still requires entity/jurisdiction, utility, allocations/vesting, treasury and LP controls, first population data year, reserve allocation and actual liquidity funding. The project representative submits CEX materials for independent platform review.
Four recovery tests passed using actual deployment and receipt recovery on the website’s existing local Ganache EVM, including tampered files and input boundaries. This is not public-testnet wallet acceptance. Browser checks covered three import scenarios and 1440/320 widths using DOM-triggered events. Minimized windows prevented screenshots and native-pointer acceptance.
