TIME / A HUMANITY LAYER FOR DIGITAL PARTICIPATION

PROTOCOL RESEARCH & ENGINEERING PROTOTYPE

Human participation.
Clear privacy boundaries.

TIME is developing a privacy-preserving eligibility protocol for fair participation.
Built on real zero-knowledge proofs, with eligibility and transferable assets designed as separate layers.

ZERO-KNOWLEDGEDOMAIN ISOLATIONVERIFIABLE ENGINEERING
Protocol concept: a private witness generates a zero-knowledge proof linked to a membership root and application scope. Not a live network.

01 / THE THESIS

Open participation needs
a clearer foundation of trust.

When eligibility is tightly bound to identity, participation can expose personal information. Without explicit eligibility constraints, duplicate identities can undermine participation rules.

TIME researches how applications can verify eligibility while reducing access to identity secrets. Uniqueness research, issuance, proofs and application scopes are separated so that each trust boundary can be evaluated.

02 / INTENDED APPLICATIONS

For applications that need fair participation,
a foundation to research and integrate.

These are intended use cases, not existing commercial products or completed customer integrations.

COMMUNITY GOVERNANCE

Give participation rules a verifiable eligibility basis.

Research anonymous member participation, activity-specific replay rejection and application separation. Natural-person one-person-one-vote still depends on unresolved uniqueness, issuance and recovery mechanisms.

REFERENCE FLOWMembership → zero-knowledge proof → activity replay protection

03 / PROTOCOL ARCHITECTURE

E01 / UNIQUENESS RESEARCH

Three-party synthetic MPC deduplication

Small synthetic-vector experiments actually run three processes over TLS. Functional correctness does not establish real-population deduplication or malicious security.

E02-E04 / PRIVACY PROOF

Real cryptographic verification

Semaphore membership proofs, scope separation, replay rejection and same-key backup recovery. Try actual synthetic-identity proof verification in the browser.

TIME / TOKEN ENGINEERING

Standard contracts and local trading

The ERC-20 draft was compiled and tested on a local EVM with canonical Uniswap V2 contracts for pool creation, liquidity and trading in both directions.

05 / THE TIME ASSET LAYER

Eligibility and assets.
Designed and verified separately.

TIME is an ERC-20 token draft. Token holdings do not establish human eligibility, and transfers do not inherit anonymous membership-proof privacy.

Initial issuance is fixed at 1.4 billion tokens. Each net person of annual population decline corresponds to one TIME burned through manual administrator execution. Reserve funding, first data year, utility, allocations and vesting remain undecided. No official mainnet token or trading address exists.
