TIME launch readiness checklist
As of 31 October 2026. This checklist guides preparation and does not imply any exchange commitment.
Completed engineering work
• Website explanations, report downloads, responsive pages and wallet entry points.
• A fixed-issuance ERC-20 draft: one mint to the specified treasury, 18 decimals, no external mint, blacklist, transfer tax, proxy upgrade or administrator seizure of user tokens.
• Actual local-EVM deployment and Uniswap V2 pool, liquidity and round-trip trading tests.
• Base Sepolia wallet deployment entry point with the mainnet path disabled.
Decisions required before mainnet issuance
• Entity and operating jurisdictions, legal classification, target users and applicable issuance restrictions, reviewed by qualified counsel.
• Name and symbol, target chain, formal supply, initial circulating supply, allocations, lockups and vesting schedules.
• Public treasury address, proposed multisig custody, signer responsibilities and backup arrangements.
• Independent contract review, source verification, dependency risk and deployment procedure review.
• Official domain, contacts, risk disclosures, privacy policy and incident response channels.
• Any eligibility rewards require separate Sybil-resistance, fund distribution and privacy design. This prototype has no public token claim endpoint.
DEX trading
Select a DEX on the target chain and verify its official factory/router and pool version. Decide the quote asset, budget, initial ratio, slippage, depth, LP holders and controls. Verify deployed source, create and fund both sides of the pool, then validate buying, selling, approvals and revocations with small real transactions. Publish precise chain, token and pool addresses; a ticker alone cannot identify the official asset.
DEX pools are commonly permissionless, but creating one does not guarantee default token-list inclusion, adequate liquidity or returns. Liquidity provision can lose money. No real funds have been committed and no issuance price has been set here.
CEX applications
Prepare entity and beneficial-owner information, team credentials, product evidence, utility, full allocation and vesting tables, legal opinions, security reviews, source, chain parameters, contract address, deposit/withdrawal tests and market evidence. Submit only through official exchange channels. Review, timing, regions and pairs are decided by the exchange.
No application has been submitted and no listing or market-making agreement exists. Fabricated volume, wash trading and promised returns must not support an application.
